[FIXED]:Cannot Attack or Scout!

Dear god what ISNT screwed up...

1. I can't make troops or collect from my mines after going to the war zone unless I relog.

2. I randomly get spawned into a raid against some level 6 TH and then it says "client out of sync."

3. I cannot donate troops to clan mates after entering the war zone unless I relog.

This is honestly the worst update I have ever seen in the history of all the iphone apps I have played.

Sometimes i have to app refresh because i sometimes can't view replay, collect resource collector loot train troops. It happens sometimes when i visit and then exit map. And scouting never works. Good job so far SC.

When I was in the middle of attacking on my 2nd and last attack, the game just suddenly scouted to someone else's base, and kept flicking/scouting through multiple random bases. I obviously lost that battle as it had ended the attack!

Can't scout bases. Once the scout button is pressed on any base, the ability to perform normal operations (such as collecting resources, donating troops, attacking, etc.) becomes broken. I've tried force quitting and restarting both devices...nothing helps.
