Are you having trouble scouting or attacking in your Clan War?

Temp fix for you might be to try a force quit!

Just an FYI, the recent maintenance break was not performed to fix this bug, but we have cleared the frozen prep screens. We will now investigate this issue.

You can help by providing the following info:

Clan War Size (10 v. 10? 45 v. 45?, etc.):

Did you experience any other issues so far (frozen prep state or stuck in spectator mode as clan): all of us just can't scout and attack. A while ago we couldn't open the "clan wars" button in general! said that the war was loading.

As long as the scout button is not pressed I can attack and everything works like normal. If I press the scout button then everything freezes

Edit: if this happens you must reset your game and avoid pressing the scout button. Villages can instead be scouted by pressing the attack button and ending the attack before placing any troops.

Have really enjoyed attacking bDTP for our first clan war, IMO still a great update! I'm sure the bugs will be fixed soon

All my timers are freezing the second I hit scout.

Yup - if you hit the war screen scout button, besides not scouting - things in the normal village don't operate correctly like collecting, training troops, rearranging buildings from the village (not edit mode), toggling xbows/infernos/heroes, remove obstacles, visiting other bases, etc.

If you accidentally hit the scout button, you should force-quit and re-enter the game and not hit the war scout button. It should work normally in all regards up until you hit scout again.
