Gemmers?

1. I'm actually asking 'gemmers' (the people who keep supercell in business) what their strategies are and how much they're spending.

There's nothing wrong with geming at all. Players that are on a budget, in school, don't have a job, really don't care to gem often have issues with it. Yet, it's a option put in the game by the developers. Why? Because it's paying for this game all these free players are playing, lol. It funds it all to last and become better and better. So it's a win win. Anyway, I only gem wait times and my sig speaks for itself.

The continued alienation of Gemmers from clans/alliances will stop or disrupt Supercell's revenue stream. If they deem this off top or not appropriate they are more than welcome to move this thread and refund my $800 I have spent so far.

The only way this could be deemed "not general" is because it's almost a talk of strategy and how one might go about spending their in game currency such as elixir or gems.

I've got no clue what I've spent and don't care as long as it's entertaining for me. Also threads like this seem to bring out bad results and a lot of negativeness.

I spent around $60 before I took my card off my account.

I can afford it, but I realized that it wasn't worth it most of the time. The reward is much better when it's built up and you wait for it.

I do like boosting my spell factory though, because without it spells are useless due to rage taking 45 freakin' minutes to build. For 45 minutes the spell should follow around my troops for the duration lol.

I can see how that would happen, but I'm just looking to have a conversation about how people spend their loot and how much it's cost them to get 'thus far'. I don't see why we should hide in a corner of some locked sub-forum to discuss what we do.

Not about hiding. I spend gems and don't care what people think of me. But stuff like this here will bring in haters that get mad about life and the fact people like us spend money on a free game. Just saying.

It's only free because we pay. But yes, you make sense.

There was a 10, another 10 and a final 10, used it to get the 5 builders, have like 850 currently and nothing to really spend them on.

I have spent.... The right amount, an amount that i feel comfortable spending. And yes, i have spent money on Clash and I am not ashamed. Paying for entertainment is not a bad thing to do.

2 builder huts, currently Town Hall lvl7, 95% defence maxed! pink walls working on purple, have hog riders, Barb King lvl2, almost all troops 4*, lightning 3* working on rage 2*. Still have over 5000 gems. Only been in it for 2 months. Not upgrading town hall to lvl8 until walls are all purple and bombs and teslas are all maxed.

gotta keep Supercell in business! Hopefully they can afford to buy more servers so the game won't keep crashing.
