I gemmed quite a bit and I've come far in the 'offensive' category but defense is lacking.

There's nothing wrong with geming at all. Players that are on a budget, in school, don't have a job, really don't care to gem often have issues with it. Yet, it's a option put in the game by the developers. Why? Because it's paying for this game all these free players are playing, lol. It funds it all to last and become better and better. So it's a win win. Anyway, I only gem wait times and my sig speaks for itself.

Gemming is a HUGE part of this game that you might be failing to recognize. I only appear new 'here', but this isn't my first time on a forum.
