No biggie as everyone will have to get used to it as most upgrades take several days or more and clan wars can be initiated every 2 days.Originally Posted by fish262

I could be wrong but I think upgrades revert to their former level and are useable during a war

Yeah I believe that is true but then I've heard of the BK & AQ being unavailable during upgrading and thought perhaps that's also true for the spell factory?

I noticed the same thing. Imgrading two teslas but when i scout my base they both are up and no builders are building them. But in OP case. Creating spells on the main map can't be done unless they cancel the upgrade
That includes only defenses, but not offense, sorry

I think it would need to work in the village, though, since thats where you make the spells, instead of during a raid. Regardless, just think how happy you'll be once it's finished.

cancel the upgrade, only a few hours of gold farming.
if your clan plans to war continuously, suck it up and attack a lower level base.
