We are in a situation where we have just finished preparation for war but some reason now we cant start the war. both clans are aligned one to one but nothing after that.

Well assuming he maintanance break fixing freeze time, it worked perfectly. And my friend started attacking fine and had fun so i guess not everyone had trouble. I guess people who started war as soon as update started. Mine started in the evening.
