How do you become an eligible clan member to fight in The Clan Wars?
I think its how many trophies you have, so if you are in the last members, you might have less chances to participate (i cannot confirm this, but its what happened with my clan)

Not necessarily is my understanding. Your clan leader's trophy count would need to be high enough to avoid the rounding off formula they use when matching up with opponents.
It's hard to explain in detail. Go to this post and read up about "going to war". And while your at it read the rest of the post too. It's very informative. It has nothing to do with trophies.

Everyone is placed in order by strength and power. Then the amount of clan members participating in the clan war is chosen by clan size and the leaders selection for matching clan enemies.

Actually the trophies come into play only when clans are uneven in opponent number. Let's say clan 1 has 41 players and clan 2 has 44. The clans get matched and the top 40 players BY TROPHIES get to Clan Wars clash. The bottom 1 from clan 1 and bottom 4 from clan 2 sit it out (spectator mode) because their trophies were too low to make the 40 cutoff.
So, theoretically, if your clan leader is the bottom trophy person in clan 1 or in the bottom 4 of clan 2 they will not participate. I think that's how it goes.

Will clans of different sizes be matched for war? That would be unfair.
Both clans will always have the same number of war bases in a clan war. Clan wars matchmaking will only match clans of similar sizes, and a few members (between 1-4 per clan) may be put into spectator mode when the clans are matched to even out team sizes. The members in spectator mode will be those with the lowest trophy count in their clan (or those who are ineligible for war).

How do you become eligible for clan wars within the clan? Because some are eligible in my clan and others are not. Why is that?
