All, there seems to be a glitch with the scout button on the war map. When you click it, everything seems to stop working. To fix, close out of app completely and return to game. Do NOT click on scout again in war map and it everything should work.

To to scout, click on the star at the top and go to enemy clan and scout from there.

If you accidentally click on scout in the war map, repeat steps above. Hope that helps.
