there is no "way" to fix it but some people have found that getting all members off for a certain period of time helped. Otherwise, the only option is to wait. My clan had the same issue yesterday and it was fixed by morning.

Supercell has currently assigned a dev to working on this problem. It is a bug, and although they haven't said what the bug is, it is to popular belief that different time zones and the fact that leaders/co-leaders clicked the look for a button battle at a different time, which the coding did not register correctly (but this could be wrong).
As of right now, until the dev(s) can completely fix it so that the wars automatically start when the clock reaches 0:00, a dev is going around manually starting each war, which you can imagine just how long that'll take.
