I’m beyond mad. I got onto the game this afternoon, and I realized it was War Day in our Clan War. I went to go see who to attack. I couldn’t scout them out, so I tried to attack, this didn’t work either. Then I realized I couldn’t request or donate troops, couldn’t collect exiler/DE/gold, and I couldn’t attack normally. In attempt to troubleshoot, I reloaded the app, didn’t work. Then, I shut my iPad all the way off, still didn’t work. Then, I ♥♥♥♥ing deleted the app and redownloaded it, still DIDN’T WORK. Lastly, I took out my iPod and gave it a try, but guess what… IT DIDN’T WORK!! I talked to my clan mates (yes, I could still chat with them), and realized some of them were having these problems. So, infract me for swearing… I DON’T CARE. Let me play my game.

Some are and some are not. It depends on the server over load which caused this problem..
