It's not a bug. There was a maintainance break hours ago. The preparation day has been extended for the same amount of time as the break lasted. Go view Clan wars FAQ in General sub-forum.

It is a bug because supercell posted on facebook that they are working to fix the issue.

Same thing for our clan. I'm sure Supercell is working their best to fix this it just takes patience. Think about, there is rarely a patch to any game that is perfect the very first day and/or week it comes out. Clan Wars is almost fully here so let's just all be patient
