Whats the quickest way to level up?

I would raid in gold 1 or 2 with barch looking for full collector raids.
Keeping all builders going is a must but having one open for upgrading walls is always a good idea.
I would focus on upgrades that take less time to do if you're only looking to lvl fast. Otherwise Iwould advise to up all splash damage first.
