    Thank you boom beach. I will advise when I get a response from them. With the amount of money supercell makes in one day off of gem purchases, I don't see how they would have a problem with doing that.

    The problem isn't the money, the problem is that if you get reimbursed for the gems lost they would have millions of people claiming that they lost gems after every MB whether they did or not. SC would have to check each and everyone of them which isn't really doable.

    The response could take up to a month. Please do let us know what it says.

    Why does everyone assume money is the priority for SC..Yes they make a decent amount of shares but they do their work in favour of the players. They put effort into this game. This situation is unfixable. There are countless threads posted on the forums after each maintenance break claiming the same stories. If you were suddenly refunded these gems, the whole world would be claiming the same story you have shared.

    I understand it could take quite some time to even get a response back from them. But I'm a patient guy. Like I said, reimbursement for all gems would be a hard thing to ask for. When the game came back up, I lost 1 hour worth of the boost.
