Add clan rank role

I think there should be add new Clan rank role

Officer up to 3 player and same role as Elder but add role to be able start a Clan war!

So we don't have to waiting for Leader and Co-Leader to start the a Clan war.

Disagree... It's in my opinion the privilege of the leader (after getting feedback from his members) to declare a war... It's his clan and his decision...
