My co-leader kicked our weakest member after the war started, and their town hall is still on the wars map (they were inactive) so I'm not sure if they will remain for the remainder of the war even though they are no longer in our clan.

There are known bugs with the clan wars system though, other people are experiencing weird stuff like what the OP said. Supercell is currently working on it. Its a complex matchmaking system, some flaws are expected. Everything will be ironed out in due time.

1. The update did just come out thus there is bugs, lags, and problems that will get fixed.

2. Go to settings on clash, Find we're you can email supercell and confront them about the problems.

My guess is it will get fixed in a maintenance break relatively soon.

Well you are lucky that at least some in your clan have the war badge shown. In my clan none of us does have that badge and yet we are in a war. So we are going to lose the war without being able to fight. Nice.

Bugs are normal but have to be sorted out before pushing an update to the public. The users aren't the beta testers, even though many software companies begin to think like that.
