    Suppercell help not responding to emails but take my money for gems and dont give me

    I have several id transactions number for buying chest of gems ,, they take my money from bank /iTunes but I never revive the gems.into the equation they do not respond back to any of my emails regarding this situation .. This is a top class service thanks very much !! Now need to phone fraud department to get refund from bank /why should I need to do all this hassle when supercell help/support should be responding !!! Thanks team at supercell !i have sent a personal message to the staff on forms so with luck one of them help me out on this

    dude try to check out help and support at the clash of clans settings maybe that will help yo

    Transactions are made with google or apple. SC is outside of them. You'll need to contact google or apple.
    Does SC remove every inactive village? Read this thread.

    Tryed doing that about 12 times emailing via the help support link to get no response what so ever

    Hello,

    As SUPERCELL says, the transactions take about 5-10 mins at max, they will come, just relog in to the game, everything will be fine. No need to tell the police. Check the Options then Help and Support. All your questions will be answered there.

    Called apple suppercell taking the payment fine from them(Apple) account but not delivering the gems,, I've to get in touch with them regarding this ,, with no success in the slightest for any sort of response

    Did you jailbreak your device, then that's the cause of it. As others have suggested, you need to contact apple to resolve this. On a personal note I can only suggest to restore your iDevice to a fully support installation if you have the intention to make in-app purchases.

    I've reloaded game deleted game reinstalled game nope nothing ,,,, same old no gems coming through ,, and fraud squad isn't police .,, it's the place from bank witch to get refunded

    If that was the case what happends to the payments that have been took allready ??
