I have several id transactions number for buying chest of gems ,, they take my money from bank /iTunes but I never revive the gems.into the equation they do not respond back to any of my emails regarding this situation .. This is a top class service thanks very much !! Now need to phone fraud department to get refund from bank /why should I need to do all this hassle when supercell help/support should be responding !!! Thanks team at supercell !i have sent a personal message to the staff on forms so with luck one of them help me out on this
