When someone changes the language in the game, does it mean that he/she changes the servers as well? When I can't find a suitable opponent for 15-20 turns; I change servers. Is it only psychological or the game actually changes the servers with the language?

if we close, then open back coc, we login to different server?

It's been brought up alot of times, it's purely a placebo effect, reloading the game and resetting the search should do the same.
It wouldn't be a good idea to have 12 different matchmaking servers and it doesn't make any sense. Changing the language when you're a top player would pretty much make you impossible to find then.
You can also try a different language and compare the names you see, there's apparently alot of Johns and Marks in Japan.
Whenever you reload your game, you switch servers. Changing language also causes the game to reload.
But there is no "English Server" for example. Just multiple servers you are randomly placed on, language doesn't matter there.
