This is not going to happen, clans aren't going to ruin their clan war record to give to people who they have a 0.01% chance of getting a return from.
Clans dedicated to this will never happen, you're not getting anything in return and face fact; people are selfish and rarely do anything for others unless it involves getting a reward or something in return for their services.
I would be more than willing to make a wager with you that this trend you speak of will not exist 4 months from now, or ever for that matter
