The game doesn't lets us know who donated, so how do you propose we "reward" or "pay the price" for a trolling clan member who's a noob or disgruntled when its impossible to find out who? Clans must have a way of knowing who donated, or permit purging of the CC... I suggest both.

So then what would be your argument to be able to dump troops if we did know where they came from? I agree that those who donate should be listed but not sure why dumping would also be necessary.
If your WCC was filled up like mine is, you would see why. Booting someone does not help with this war, and does not prevent it from happening again and again.
Actually my WCC is filled up with troops I do not want right at this very moment. We've already discussed this within my clan and most of the time it happened because people were unaware of the negative effects this causes on the war.
If those who donated were listed and they continued to have malicious intent, I think booting any trolls would stop them and any others remaining.
This is also why war cc donations don't count to overall donations...clan war is meant to be everyone working as a team, not being in it for themselves.
It's lack of feature and here are a couple of suggestions.
- When a base is copied on war map, the player's cc troop message should also be copied over as the default war cc troop request message and can be edited. This way, people can prepare what to receive before war is declared. Those player are eager to help on donation will at least see what player wants.
- War CC troop donate log should be added with which war base received what from which player.

If the war starts when you are not around someone could still donate to you before you have a chance to donate to yourself so your feature request doesn't solve this issue.
If anyone has thoughts either way on the topic, a mod has announced Supercell's plans @ http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...for-April-11th
per his post they will be enabling dumping troops at some point but listing who donated what is "too hardcore".
Wonder how long its going to take though :-/
In the meantime I have clan members at each others throats trying witch hunt who the moron was.
