You are misinterpreting the rules. "multiple or repeated posting in order to INCREASE YOUR POST COUNT" is against the rules. His intentions are clearly not to increase his post count. Same goes for your spamming arguement. This has came up before and people were not banned over it. The frequency is what gets people in trouble, sometimes. Once a day is the accepted standard for bumping

There is a difference between bumping your post count and just try to make sure your thread is getting viewed. This is a darn good thread and very useful and helpful to the Clash Of Clans Forum Community so bumping the thread to make sure that it is serving its purpose is not at all try to raise his post count. If someone really wanted to raise their post count there are tons of other ways to do it.

daily, completely not a spam post as i am doing this to raise awareness of threads that are useful to all and i actually wish my post count were lower because it has a negative correlation with my self esteem, bump.
