Entire clan still stuck in spectator mode?

Only known (♥♥♥♥y) solution on player end is to get everyone in you clan to log out for a few minutes. Not guaranteeing this will help, but it could if you can coordinate.

Trust me, we are still investigating said issue.

I Think It Resets The Cache Or The Cookies Or Something. It's Just A Glitch From The Massive Overload On The Servers When Everyone Logged On

Nobody in my clan can scout anyone in the opposing clan, or watch replays. Is this common? Is it fixable?

Sounds like the servers being a bit overwhelmed. Should get better shortly.

Preparation Day counted down to 0 seconds and then froze.
Has been like that for at least 15 minutes

Have you tried leaving that screen, or force quitting your game?

Is it the same for eveyrone in your clan?

You won't be able to participate! Just leave and rejoin and you can battle, it resets the cache, like Tusk said

Likely you got stuck in a 30v30 battle and one player left your clan (Battles work in multiples of 5) and Matchmaking set your long time player out because you had more "Good" players then the other clan. The MM matches clans as best it can based on XP, troop, and defense level (As well as many other factors relating to level) so you just outmatched the opponent and the MM balanced it out. Also, some of your players probably joined the clan after CW started, or at least they left a clan and joined yours after the update.
If you check my clan (Red Dragons, Red flame shield, 49 members) You'll see only 33 members have the shield, that's cause we got a lot of new members over the last 2 days and several veterans were left out due to the MM.

Saw in your latest note update that your maint break this morning should have helped with wait times. We have been searching for a 50 v 50 since around 9am this morning and have yet to find a match. Also it shows us searching for a 50v50 even though 8 of our members don't have the sheild and sword next to their name. Shouldn't that drop us down to a 45 vs 45

Large matches are particularly tough to find.

We've revised our initial estimate from 10-60 minutes to find a match, to 2 minutes to 24 hours (facepalm).

Luckily you can continue to play while your match is found.
