Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

ok so both my clans were able to search again. The lower level clan Feeding Clowns was able to find one within 30 minutes. The main Clan House of Clowns is still searching. It has been over 3.5 hours as I am typing this.

Why not take this ♥♥♥♥ down and fix it instead of pissing so many people off. We are ok saying WOOPS, lets fix it vs. what it is doing now

It seems if a player had troops in his/her village castle when the WAR was created, then those players cannot get troops into their WAR clan castles afterwards. A couple of us have full castles in our VILLAGE but our castles in the WAR are empty and our request for troops is not going through, and no one can donate troops to us! The message says we are full ... but in reality our castles are empty 😢

it sucks because our WAR is about to start and a couple of us are stuck without clan castle reinforcements 😏

Our clan was able to start a working Clan War. Anybody still experiencing problems, please wait for the servers to start working properly and set up your Clan Wars.

I am able to chat .... and log in .... but when i scout, nothing happens. Anyone else?

Press the Clan Wars button and press cancel.

avoidance is not a good way to address problems.

They have been working on fixing things all day.

The error for this has been given by a mod.

Here is the mod's reply to my PM.

I can't say shiv. I think the issue was if a war started before some folks downloaded the update and logged on, a field wasn't set, so the system saw them as ineligible, so the war would have started without them.

The good news is it wouldn't have counted these folks in the strength score, so the war should still be matched somewhat evenly.

I do not think the maint would have fixed wars already started, but was to address the next time you start one.

I don't have a lot of details from the team, they were up for 24+ hours yesterday and are quite busy and not online with me ATM
