Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

We're at ware to, but it seems that the matching failed. Our opponent is much stronger. No problem, we can take them with good spirit. Except 2 members (including me) can't receive troops. So our other clan members can't donate us.. Bug?

Indeed the others can donate and i can donate to others but still it seems that i cant recieve troops and that gets me mad...
Yeah probably a bug but still its a big bug if it is a important person that cant recieve you could lose the war out of that...

Why i cant participate in Clan Wars im TH8 im old in clan but when i click on clan details i dont see the Clan Wars logo next to my level this is too for many others in my clan. I cant receive troops in war map and there is shown my base low level.

We matchmade on clan wars but had no opponent to fight even though the matchmaking was seemingly successfull and we were on the preperation day screen.

Then when we all logged back in we all had a 'war spectator' screen and have been stuck on it for about 10 hours! We tried force quiting but it didn't work, can you please help?

Hi,

This is a bug and it should hopefully be fixed in the upcoming maintenance break. Some users ended up in specatator mode for various server reasons and some clans failed to go to war and all members got stuck in spectator mode.

Sometimes restarting your device COULD fix the problem but it should be all better after the maintenance.

SC have stated the errors and causes on the first post of THIS thread. Hopefully the maintenance will fix these problems so please avoid posting any threads about this and sticky with the sticky dedicated to Clan Wars bug which is located HERE.

When I join a clan when they are searching for an opponent. They have found a opponent it makes me a spectator so I can't participate

We can't do any donation from the war map. Everyone has troops in cc and there isn't way to empty the cc.
