Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

Posted a clan message telling everyone to close coc app and restart devices, most confirmed they did but were still in a blank war map that just states war spectating...I hope this will be reset after a very soon coming maintenance break.

All the problems are solved for me. we are on prep day. there's no lag!

Helloi am Leader of Myanmar Elite. I clicked on start war and clicked cancel app is hang .. so i force stopped app and i open game again. I See Only Enemy ,Home button. No small town hall all are blank.! Pls pls all.clanmate is me too

This is a bug and it should hopefully be fixed in the upcoming maintenance break. Some users ended up in specatator mode for various server reasons and some clans failed to go to war and all members got stuck in spectator mode.

Sometimes restarting your device COULD fix the problem but it should be all better after the maintenance.

SC have stated the errors and causes on the first post of THIS thread. Hopefully the maintenance will fix these problems so please avoid posting any threads about this and sticky with the sticky dedicated to Clan Wars bug which is located HERE.

Today, I was super excited for clan wars. When it came out, my leader immediately declared a war. An hour later, we were matched up with another clan everything seemed fine and awesome...except one thing. First off, our clan is 50/50, and were paired u with another clan what was 50/50. So every person in each clan should be able to participate right? Wrong. When I went on, two random people in my clan were put into the spectator mode. They were really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off and I felt bad. They weren't supposed to be in spectator mode since both clans were 50/50 and they both weren't the two worst players in the clan. In fact, they were both two of the best. Hopefully this glitch gets fixed because we now have an unfair disadvantage. The other clan has 2 more people than we do, therefore if we were all to 3 star all the bases, they would get an extra 6 stars, and they'll win. Please please please fix this! I know we're not the only clan to have this happen.

Not true actually. You can only get a maximum of 3-stars on each enemy clan member. Being two people short is a disadvantage, but not a huge one. You get 96 attacks instead of 100 like the other team. It might actually be advantageous to you since you have 50 bases you can 3-star for a total of 150 stars, whereas they only get 48 bases they can attack for a total of 144 stars.

1. I paid to upgrade my cc to lvl 6 after we had started the preparation day. The new cc is showing up in my village but i only seem to be able to get the original 30 troops donated in war mode and not the 35 i thought I was paying for.

2. The players in our team who are watchers seems random... Some of our best th10s are in watch mode. They also are near the top of our trophy list so that can't be the issue. Our weakest players all seem to have got a battle slot. No one has left the clan in this time.

3. We have the same issue with wrong troops in the cc. One player filled up many ccs perhaps to increase his donations and we are now left with rubbish to defend with.
