Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

Hello,
I am having problems with my clan wars. 50 vs 50. Clan is FREEMAN FAMILY. It's just a blank clan wars screen just the background. It looks like the battles are not loading up. We cannot scout the opponents base and the opponents don't even show up.IMG_0920[1].jpgIMG_0921[1].jpg. These are what they look like, my screen is the one on left, and enemy map is on left. So my clan are wanting to go to battle but the map is now coming up empty and saying "war spectator" also the war shields have changed to a silver colour... Can anyone shed some light on what is happening?

Hi,

The only solution that we can recommend at this time is that you try and get ALL your clan members to log off the game, and this will hopefully 'jog' the server. Please keep in mind that there is a tremendous amount of traffic being processed at this time, so this issue may just be a matter of waiting until the servers can process all of the requests.

When I click clan war button it brings me to war preview page with nothing on it

Almost half our clan can not get donations on their war camp what's up? Also the ones who can't get any the town hall pic looks like a th lvl 1

Anyone experiencing this problem? We have 50 members, but search only yields 45 v. 45 match ups. I will assume this is addressed in the thread somewhere, but I have both a life and a clan to manage, and haven't time to read each one...lol.
