Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

Hi,

The cause for the majority of these problem are the servers. Since everyone is searching for a war the servers are under a bit of pressure causing issues. This includes, searching, chat lag, badges not showing, TH's displaying wrongly, GC friends not showing and much more.

If you are searching for a war, DO NOT RESTART the clan war search. It will throw you back in the queue and add even more strain on the servers. Spread the word on this in your clan. Read the sticky on how matchmaking works it can take a while.

Ok, I've read the forum posts and I understand that source of the lag and some of the glitches are due to the overloaded servers. However, has anyone had any issues with purchasing the Clan Castle 6 upgrade?

1) I recently purchased the upgrade for Clan Castle 6 and I was charged but the upgrade did not occur. I'm showing no gold or gems either. 2) I understand that there may be a glitch, I don't want to purchase this upgrade twice. One of my clan-mates has had this issue too. Please help! COC name: drtybird Clan: 100 Proof 3) PS – I've had a purchasing issue before (March 2013) and it was never resolved. I emailed the support team but never got any feedback. Has anyone else ever sent an email to clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and never got a response? Is it typical for supercell to ignore these emails? Urghhh this is really frustrating.

From my experience? Yes, it is typical to be ignored and your ticket closed without a response.

If you can get everyone in your clan to exit the game for a few minutes this could help with the lag but as this isn't easy you should just wait.
