Update Issues: upgrade glitchs, lag, purchasing errors
Ok, I've read the forum posts and I understand that source of the lag and some of the glitches are due to the overloaded servers. However, has anyone had any issues with purchasing the Clan Castle 6 upgrade?
1) I recently purchased the upgrade for Clan Castle 6 and I was charged but the upgrade did not occur. I'm showing no gold or gems either.
2) I understand that there may be a glitch, I don't want to purchase this upgrade twice. One of my clan-mates has had this issue too. Please help!

3) PS – I've had a purchasing issue before (March 2013) and it was never resolved. I emailed the support team but never got any feedback.
Has anyone else ever sent an email to clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and never got a response? Is it typical for supercell to ignore these emails? Urghhh this is really frustrating.

I have put in 3 request to fix and its been over a 2 weeks with no fix
