Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

Most of my clan has logged out and logged back in and we are still in spectator mode. HELP

Are these problems not important enough for mods or employees to answer? Who's steering the ship? I am not a software engineer but this does not look like a server overload problem it looks like a coding issue. It would be nice to have a response- list of know issues in the original post

Hi,

The cause for the majority of these problem are the servers. Since everyone is searching for a war the servers are under a bit of pressure causing issues. This includes, searching, chat lag, badges not showing, TH's displaying wrongly, GC friends not showing and much more.

If you can get everyone in your clan to exit the game for a few minutes this could help with the lag but as this isn't easy you should just wait.

If you are searching for a war, DO NOT RESTART the clan war search. It will throw you back in the queue and add even more strain on the servers. Spread the word on this in your clan. Read the sticky on how matchmaking works it can take a while.

You need to wait for the servers to start functioning properly. This may take a few hours.

We have a match in clan wars, we have 50, they have 48 players. I assume if you have swords, you are playing, if you don't, you are spectating. If this is true....
we have 10 people not playing bringing us down to 40, and 4 of those ten are our top players. Is that how it is supposed to work?????
Also I thought we would only drop to the nearest 5, so down to 45 for our matchup

Ok so for some reason, on the war map, about 30% of my clan are shown as th 3's, including me, when we are th 9's and th 10's. All if these bugged th's cannot receive troops, therefore we are given an even harder task of winning. Any way to fix this?

Hi,
Please keep in mind that there is a tremendous amount of traffic being processed at this time, so this issue may just be a matter of waiting until the servers can process all of the requests.

They are not answering because they are busy trying to fix the issues everyone is complaining about. Just be patient

The leader and o-leader in our clan cannot start a war. We don't no why, its not working. There is no start button for the leader even.

One thing you could try is to get all your clan members to log off for a few minutes. Probably hard to pull off but it SHOULD help get you back to where you can enter matchmaking again.

He said that in a thread where people were complaining about all the problems people have here.
