Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

yes i did read this post already, the problem is that its not searching for a war to anyone of the clan members. we are all just spectators. we don't even have the option to find a war. :/

Hey Guys,

We're on this one as well. It should clear up after a brief time period and is due to the gigantic amount of traffic hitting the servers right now.

One thing you could try is to get all your clan members to log off for a few minutes. Probably hard to pull off but it SHOULD help get you back to where you can enter matchmaking again.

I was searching for a 45 vs 45 match and then i accidentally clicked cancel and then it showed us against no one. After a few minutes it got rid of us going against no one and now when we click on it, it says no one against no one and we are all spectators and cant start a war pls help. What can i do to fix this and search for a clan to fight.

It's not a lag issue, my CC is 30 not 35 on my war map. There are members who have 35 who I'm able to donate to..

It is probably a lag because you upgraded your CC late. Or it could be that when the prep day has started CC upgrades aren't changed.

The map came up for like five minutes for my side... Neverthe opponents time didn't start. Now it won't even let the leader or i (im co leader) rematchmake and none of my teams or the enemies teams bases so it just puts us on the spectator screen and 0 time AND we tried. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

So in our clan wars, we have been matched up with another clan but it does not show their name or their basees. We are a high level clan so i dont know lol.

Hey shiv.

I don't think that this is a lag issue. I think it has to do with the 'once you enter a war, your base is saved as is. I believe that since you had already entered a war when your clan castle was finished (Or the matchmaking was occurring during the upgrade) your base was saved as is with your level 5 clan castle. During the next war your castle should appear in the war map as a level 6.

Only 30 people per- clan are being permitted to participate at one time. At first I thought that it was just the system of the war that the HIGHEST COMMON NUMERICAL VALUE of 10 (In this case 30 members) is able to participate in the war. We were matched against a clan with 39 members.

However, now it seems like others are having the same issue.
