Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

- When attacking people or visiting, the Info icon covers longer clan names
- Clan chat Is really laggy! Maybe just all the people on.
- Achievements dont fit the screen on my Galaxy S3
- clan descriptions Get covered by the war log button if the last word is a little long. (on small screens)
- Also, other unity clans have reported getting paired with blank clans, No name shield or anything.

We get a message that we can not donate to each other, even if cc is empty in clan wars. Half of us could get troops, other half not.

Yeah, I think it's linked to chat, but any time I hit the clan wars button it works the first time (after the app has been rebooted) but subsequently trying to go to see war bases just results in a crash. Also crashes any time in the war base view and open the chat tab. Yeahhhhh, buggy. On an iPhone 4s

I agree that a lot of the problems will be solved when server fatigue slows down.

What I'm concerned about are those of us who the game "thinks" we are currently in a war, but we are just staring at blank maps in spectator mode.

Not sure how that can be solved without a reset.

I'm worried they will make us wait out the time... i.e. 1 d 21h until next clan match

We're on this one as well. It should clear up after a brief time period and is due to the gigantic amount of traffic hitting the servers right now.

One thing you could try is to get all your clan members to log off for a few minutes. Probably hard to pull off but it SHOULD help get you back to where you can enter matchmaking again.

When I, the leader, went to start a clan war we got a blank map with no enemy clan to attack or at least look at. The whole clan is a "war spectator". Any reason why?

So my clan searched for 10 v 10, never got a match, and now the start war button is gone, and it shows a blank battlefield. How do we even start a war?

I believe I've found a bug already. I used 7 million gold to upgrade the new Clan Castle and gemmed the time to complete.

The leader of my clan either searched before or after I gemmed and now my Clan Castle still says 30 not 35 on my war map..

Can a staff member look into this please?

Only 30 people per- clan are being permitted to participate at one time. At first I thought that it was just the system of the war that the HIGHEST COMMON NUMERICAL VALUE of 10 (In this case 30 members) is able to participate in the war. We were matched against a clan with 39 members.

However, now it seems like others are having the same issue.
