You can only be matched if you are searching, it isn't possible to be pulled into a war. Someone was searching to be paired up in a war.

our clan has filled multiple plan castles and it says that they are full but when you look on the description it shows that there are no troops in there and it will not allow anyone to put more troops inside of them .. I'm also curious why donating to the war castles does not count toward your troop donation gems
I have still not gotten any DE from our three victories in clan wars. Also, our clan keeps getting entered into wars even though none of my CO have entered is into a war. Is this a glitch or just the way it works?
DE can't be refunded.
One of you Co's are starting a search for a war, they are just denying it.

It's April 17th, and it says here that the whole clan being in spectator mode was going to be fixed on the 10th, well my whole clan is stuck in spectator mode and we can't donate troops to clan war clan castles or even see who is in the clan war!
So we have 12 th10 and just got matched against a clan with over 30 th10 out of 45 possibles starting war this morning. Thanks for the stellar update.
We've started a war but can't attack, the enemy is missing from the war page, we can see the name of the other clan and visit their normal bases but the enemy page is blank. Our bases are visible to us and we even donated to each other. They were missing during prep day but we hoped it would rectify itself by battle day. The score is still 0-0, at least to us, so maybe it's the same for them but we keep seeing the red numbered announcement badge on the war button like something's happened. Help please.
