Hi Steve, I am reporting a bug from our friend, he and his clan members can't see enemy war bases

We are afraid that when war begins we won't be able to see them also but they might be able to see us.

Please investigate and allay our fears, thanks.

An update to our predicament. We can't see our enemy on our war map so one of us joined the enemy to check on their situation. Our clan mate reported they couldn't see their bases on their war map but they can see us.

Basically when war starts our clan will get slaughtered. We lost the war before it even started.

Please fix this bug as I see another post with a similar issue.

what can i do if i cant do a clan war in my clan there is 10 ppl and when i try to do a war i cant it sais not enove eligibal payers

The Ogreatclan has the same issue, we checked the enemy clan (on of us joined their clan) and they can't see themselves but they can see us so presumably they will be able to attack us.

Plimitree, deadly sinners is my clan! Can't donate to war bases either

Dont want to see all pages so will we b able to get our de back?

also it says on the war page someone has th8 but when i look at their base its th9

i searched the clan up and looked at the person and he has a th9!

I donated a pekka to a clan member but archers came out instead ...

Just wondering, did you donate the pekka through the war map? And did he see the archers come out during defense or during an attack?

PREPARATION DAY DONATION GLITCH
-When i was donated troops, I was given 3 wizards and 1 witch
-I have a level 4 clan castle
- 3 wiz x 4 space each= 12; 1 witch= 12; 12+12=24, however, it said that my clan castle was full...
CLAN CHAT GLITCH
-when donating, the donate button would be greyed out (as if i didnt have troops that could fit in)
-donating would work however

Hi. It's me again. After a very successful war (thank you Supercell for this upgrade) some of our clan members did not receive their loot bonus. More specifically a player with the highest loot bonus. Please help.

Edited to add: We found a suggestion in another thread. If anyone has this problem, turn your device completely off and wait before rebooting. It actually works.
