Ok this worked for me!!!

The problem is with scouting. If you click scout it messes everything up.

Force close CoC and reopen it. Open Clan Wars map and find your target then click Attack. DO NOT CLICK SCOUT. Clicking this will make it so you can't attack.

I understand it sucks to go in to an attack not knowing what's on the other side but if you want to attack this is the way to get it done.

it works. if you do not put down troops it will not count as a battle so that is one option for scouting. just don't drop a troop or spell lol.

So my clanmates have experienced all the bugs we know of in Clan Wars. After many investigating and looking for the bug, we found that the "Scout" buttom causes the bug. Don't know why, but if you click it it will freeze the game. You will not be able to request, donate, make spells, cook troops, explore the enemy, view replays, or anything at all, except chat which is not affected.

The fix, that we found is that in order to bypass this bug, just close the game, open it again, (changing language also works).and never click scout again!

To bypass exploring, click attack and spy the enemy. The battles are just like any other attack, you can quit before the battle starts. So, to fix this, just don't click scout and use the attack option instead.

Besides the scout and attack button in cw not working and being unable to collect from collectors and barracks not training troops periodically, this is by far the weirdest thing.

So I was just doing my regular thing, when suddenly I see clouds and am transferred to a lower level base. There is no name and has the clan wars tint to it. After a couple seconds, I am transferred to another low level base, same situation. And then another... It's a slideshow of low level bases?? What the actual...?

I had the same thing but it did it at the beginning of my attack and made me lose!
