Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

Yeah, problem.....suddenly redirected to war map when i was attacking a normal base, not fair!!

etc etc. Can't scout bases, can't attack. Can't view my own clanmates' bases. Tried the random 'find a match,' that doesn't work either. Things I've tried:

Closing the app, reopening the app (entirely, not just minimizing)
Resetting the iPhone (it's a 5, running iOS 7.1)
Switching to the iPad, then repeating the above two steps.

Nothing is working. This is not awesome.

Okay, so we all know that clans are stuck in preparation day even though the timer has wound down.

My theory is that during the maintenance break this morning, the timers were paused to allow for SERVER MAINTENANCE, because the servers were taken offline. If this is the case, the 'Os preparation day' timer should remain at zero seconds until the amount of time it took to complete the maintenance (Give or take 30 minutes) has spent itself. So, in order to find when YOUR battle day SHOULD begin, you have to account for the maintenance time as a PAUSE in the timer, so add however minutes the maintenance took to when your clan entered the war, and that is when you should enter BATTLE DAY.

Why inst my clan wars working because it is litterly STUCK on 0s and its been past like 5h past preperation day. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion who cares if the Clan wars update has a few bugs, just stay calm and let supercell do what they have to do to get it fixed. Dont demand gems or any of that stuff because honestly they put this game out and all of its updates for free... please stay calm and just let them do their jobs.. i for one thank supercell for the fun times ive had with this game.

Something tells me YOUR clan wars is working just fine. And i don't want or think i deserve gems. Just want info.

There would not be a Clash of Clans if people didn't pay to play it. Don't thank them, thank us! They are one of the richest game companies in the world, they could have spent their money on testing instead of commercials.

nope been stuck on prep day for the past 3 hours. I just appreciate the time supercell has put into this game

if supercell cared about its users everyone involved in a clan war would get a gem box on their base, i know that myself along with others used gems to boost and prepare for this and that has all been wasted. That would be the least they could do to apologize for how terribly this has been handled, this app generates so much money that the servers being overloaded is one of the poorest excuses of a legitimate issue for all of these problems. People asked for this for years and SC played off of that in commercials saying it was finally here, there is no excuse for the servers not being able to handle enough traffic
