Clan Wars Bugs & Problems

Scout button has a lot of problems - if I try to scout either a teammates base or an enemy base on battle day, it makes a lot of stuff stop working. The button will "press", but nothing happens. Now the app is in a state where I cannot attack, collect resources, view other people's bases, anything... this is a problem on both iOS and Android, and our whole clan is having this problem.

The closest workaround we've found was to force quit the app, then go through "Search Clans" way to look at their bases, though they may not match up with their war base, it's probably very close if you do it soon after the war starts.

This issue makes war day MUCH harder than it should be, and seems like a pretty horrible bug...

Hi I a leader of a clan that is still stuck in perp day. I was wonder if there was any new news on the subject?

During clan wars when battle day starts its all fine untill you click the resource button and it doesn't collect them. Also i was attacking and it took me out of me attacking someone and took me to someone else's base in their clan and i lost the battle. PLEASE FIX

Obviously this is NOT priority. The entire clan wars update didn't even take this long.

We have been at the 0s screen for 2.5 HOURS. Prep day ended at 5:00 and it is 7:30. Fix?

We have been waiting almost four hours now and nothing i have lost clan members and everyone is mad because they used there gems to boost troop and spell creation and its long gone now...
Now if the war starts we are starting 4 people short

Using an android device..

Going into the Clan war screen and clicking scout or attack disables all other buttons until you force close the game and reopen it.

The scout and attack buttons do not work, and then cause other buttons back on the main clan screen to stop working, such as donating to clan members, and collecting resources. The only way to fix this is to force close the game and let it reload and not click anything in the Clan wars screen.

Scouting an enemy doesn't work during attack day. While frustrating in itself, I found that after trying to scout I could not do any interactive game functions other than chat. I could not attack or watch replays in clan war. Even worse, I could not even harvest resources from my elixir collectors and gold mines.

In order to resolve the interactivity, I had to close the game and restart. Things would work fine up until the time I tried to scout again, after which I would be in the same position.

Please look into how the SCOUT button in Clan Wars is affecting the interaction lockup.

Incorrect, I just scouted someone on the enemy clan.
it did take 8 minutes though, I clicked scout and waited around 7 minutes, I then started searching and it took me to the base I wanted to scout after 9 or so minutes

In my opinion who cares if the Clan wars update has a few bugs, just stay calm and let supercell do what they have to do to get it fixed. Dont demand gems or any of that stuff because honestly they put this game out and all of its updates for free... please stay calm and just let them do their jobs.. i for one thank supercell for the fun times ive had with this game.
