Let's break down your post.

1) Perhaps you should consider finding a clan who rarely/never participates if you dislike it so much; as it is optional.

2) However I do agree loot is a bit in the light side for the time and effort that it demands. The war base itself has next to no loot, while the war bonus is ok; provided you win.

If you are a clan who suffers a few losses with such bad loot I can't see them been very interested in coming back for more. A loot top up in the war base itself would be nice IMO.

sorry to hear that mate, while a lot of people are loving it I can still see why some may have reservations.
Sure for the massive armies Im preparing I could raid more and be more in control - less chance of losing raid or getting nothing from clan losing.
But thats the beauty of coc these days, it has introduced a whole new way to play, people are talking tactics, strategies, clan chats have never been more active. And I have noticed that overall raiding has taken a hit with more focus on CW, so we after the initial flurry we might see more time in between wars (personally i stodd my clan down a day so we can all practice luring...) or you might even find anti-CW clans that just wanna raid and farm etc...

I just joined this forum to express my great dissatisfaction with the whole new clan wars thing. I think it stinks. I just spent a ton of elixir to build awesome troops, and thus spent a "ton of money," in a sense, and for what?! The bonus loot?! Oh, whoppie doo ... how terrible.

The bonus loot is way too low !!! Furthermore, I'm too busy (in real life) to be worrying everyday about another darn war. Preparation... Battle ... Preparation ... Battle ... ugh ... it's way too much.

I think it should be restricted to only once per month ... like to start on the 10th day of the month - and that's it. Lastly, I think the bonus loot should be like $1,500,000 elixir and $1,500,000 gold.

Hi, I am new to the forums and been playing the game around four months or so.

I have a town hall seven working on the upgrade to get town hall eight.

I have a level two dark storage and level three clan castle.


First war I got 375 000 gold and elixir and 350 dark.
Second one I got 390 000 each and 450 dark elixir.

Why is it "normal" for me to attack at level to about a few levels above me to cap gold and elixir but not dark elixir?

With normal attacks (not clan wars) I say I average 200000 each while dark I can get 500 to 1000 if dark elixir if focus on it. (I have not done this since level 5 king and I still managed to collect 20000 more for hog riders upgrade) before doing the town hall eight (Only reason i am upgrading it is because i ran out of things to spend normal elixir on)

Why is the dark elixir rewards so low and the little bug I am reporting is that I do not even see the dark elixir in my clan castle. After collecting the reward I did not get any dark elixir. Why have I not gotten any dark elixir yet from the collection?

I also agree there should be more reward (starting with fixing the dark elixir issue) like gems too. Maybe something for people that get at least 4 stars for attacking at or above level. (meaning average 2 per attack.) I seen a war where the second highest on the opposing defeated our bottom with pakkas and high level unnecessary stuff to defeat a low town hall six base.

Also what happens if there is no opportunity to attack a second? I had like no options for my second attack for my second clan war and I ended up two star a mid level town hall eight base with a bad layout that did not count to my achievement. I needed 2 more seconds to get three star.... (It was two stared by someone else but 85%) If I did better it should count to my achievement? I would really like the gems =/


Achievements for elixir and dark elixir collecting as a spoil of war achievement like gold has.

I agree! Clan Wars sucks. Everyone have their life outside this game, and not all of us have time to participate. Since this Clan Wars started, some members of my clan have been kicked. I'm really sadden.

If it's optional so why when a new clan wars starts, it automatically adds me to the battle? What's so optional about that? It forces me to participate in the war. If I don't it could ruin my clan battle.

Leave the clan before they search and re-join after the war has started.

Leave your clan if it wars too much.
