    Exclamation Mismatched battles

    We had 7 TH 10s with TH9s, TH8s, and TH7s vs 15 TH10s and 15 TH9s. It was pretty mismatched. All 7 of our TH10s had infernos and 13 of their TH10s had infernos. Infernos should be worth a lot of points during match making. They make a huge difference. Matchmaking only took 5 minutes. Which is too fast! I would rather have a 1-2 hour wait and get an equally matched opponent then wait only 5 minutes and get a horribly matched opponent that we are stuck with for 2 days.

    Great gameplay, Payout too low

    Everyone from my Clan enjoyed playing and aside from the Scout button glitch blocking out the game, everyone felt the gameplay and setup were good.

    Felt the matchmaking was about right, we had TH3-TH9 in our guild and faced similar guild, approximately 1:1 so each player had an even match. The other clan only hit low players and ours hit pretty evenly so the scores showed you needed to really hit everything to win. We had higher participation and slightly higher average damage rate.

    Pretty much everyone from my Clan is questioning future participation in Clan War because the payouts were low. We won but most of us lost resources compared to what we put in. Most people in our Clan are saying its better mathematically to just continue playing regular Clash of Clans and skip the War since the payout was too low.

    Overall I think it was great execution and aside from glitches, the only fault is the low payout. For our Clan to participate again we would need to see higher payouts though.

    Angry Unfair Matching...very

    ClashQuébec has over 1k trophy points over our clan Live to Learn with their lvl way HIGHER than us. For sure currently were about to lose the war by A LOT of stars a bit over 10. They have a higher overall defense than us and that makes us lose which SHOULDNT COUNT AND SHOULDNT COUNT AS A LOOT LOSS AND A WIN FOR THEM BECAUSE OF THE UNFAIR MATCHMAKING.

    Inactive players are a big problem with the current CW implementation as they can easily determine the outcome of a war ... I'm not sure what the best solution here would be but arbitrarily locking out players may not be the best option either as it would allow leaders to lock out everyone except for the 10 strongest and active players in an effort to gain an advantage.

    Not getting the attack win bonus because my clan lost the war is ridiculous... I shouldn't get less loot because my clanmates weren't as good attacking as the opposite clan, I should get the attack bonus i earned from my battles

    Our clan discussed kicking them before hand, we have an inactive policy. This definitely played in our favor as most of our clan participated and less than half of the opposing guild participated. Totally up to you but its how we handled it.

    Red Dragon clan is *still* stuck in spectator mode. Our opponents will be laughing themselves silly.

    I see from this thread that lots of people are likewise locked out of the wars, so please get this problem fixed.

    The scenario you are suggesting, while possible, is highly unlikely. If you were one of the non-participating members that was locked out from participating and in turn reaping the benefits of a successful clan war, would you actually want to remain in such an elitist clan? That clan would inevitably turn into a 15 person clan consisting of the ten who were "worthy" and the five who were so casual that they could care less. Anyone else in that clan would move on to find a clan and a leader more worthy of their time.

    The lock out button would absolutely work in clans run by fair, realistic, leaders. I know that in our clan it wouldn't be a "you aren't high enough level to play. We're locking you out so you won't cost us loot." type of scenario. There would be a discussion among active members and, as long as they were available for conversation, the player up for lock-out. "Hey sample clan member, is there a good chance that you are going to be available to participate this week? No? Ok. We'll shut you down for this week then. Have a nice family vacation."

    There are so many people coming and going from clans already. Clan wars (as long as they make it profitable AND fun) is something that is going to unite clans to a greater level and discourage clan hopping. Again, a well-run clan wouldn't go the route you are suggesting. I get the point, but I think that socially, the danger you propose will just work itself out naturally.

    Loot distribution

    All players who participate should share in the loot regardless of stars. I blew it. But, I helped my clan and participated. If players do _nothing_ then sure award them nothing. But, wow what a disappointment.

    This route is the only option right now for evening the playing field. Unfortunately it leads directly to a "hardcore only" if you want to win clan membership requirement. While for some this is absolutely the way to go, for the vast majority of clans it is destructive. The serious+casual type of clan is far more common and therefore a group that SuperCell shouldn't be alienating by making kicking someone out the only option.

    Their are full 0/0 inactives and then there are people that are valued members but just not clan wars material. Kicking the latter shouldn't be the 'only' option to feel you have a chance at victory.
