    Top ideas

    Sister/feeder clans - if feeder clans were introduced there would need to be a limit to the amount of clans that can be registered under one name I suggest 3 - 5 clans in one faction (group of clans). In these feeder clans there will be a max and min trophy limit (except for top and bottom clan in faction) if you are in the 3 clan out of 5 and you have a higher trophy count than the person at the bottom of clan 2 in the faction at the end of the two weeks you will be promoted up to the next clan in the faction. This will ensure that only the best are up in the top clan so your clan will end up having the most trophy' sat the end of the next two weeks. A promotion - reward system could be added to this idea as well.

    Base saves - with the new base editing tool that came out I would like at least 3 save slots. This will let me and the coccommunity have a slot 1.farming base, slot 2. Hybrid base and slot 3. Defensive base without having to rebuild our bases every time we want to change from one of these bases to the other. When you get new items when you upgrade your town hall a 'not valid' sign will appear over the two of the bases that you have not placed the new item/s in this will make sure that you do not have insufficient items in your inventory.

    The leader of the original clan could assign his 4 co-leaders to control one of each of the minor clans within the faction.

    Excellent idea for the base save slots. Ive played a game called Backyard Monsters and Battle pirates (backyard monsters being really really close to this game) both games had an option to save base designs. This allowed players to easily switch base designs back and forth. Really helpful if you have a really good current base but want to try something new. If the base doesn't work out you could always go back to a previous save. This would save 30 minutes or more of changing around your base. This idea would especially be nice for changing between farming bases and trophy pushing bases.

    Clans already have sister/feeder clans, and the reason a leader doesn't necessarily promote players from feeders to mother clans is maybe the player is immature or is a hopper. So they have lower players, but they're more mature and loyal. I don't like your idea on that.
    as for the base saving, that has been suggested before, and I like the idea...but it would slow the server down A Lot!!!

    YES! FACTIONS! I think that'd be a great idea for ClanWars, like certain clans could ally, and be friends
    Also multiple base saves would rock

    I like both ideas, though i don't think their should be a reward for being promoted
