I'm calling the official release time as 1:15 unless everyone is just lying and being complete idiots, but based off of all the times I have seen I do believe that the update first appeared at 1:10-1:15. Of course the game will be under maintenance break for a little bit, but by 1:30 hopefully everything will be running smoothly and Clan Wars will be underway!! Keep Clashing Everyone!! lol
