Been 3 weeks.. No luck.. I'm about to give up on this game, cause I don't have the attitude to restart and I'm sick of 0 trophies.. Mmm decisions decision!! Plus I'll need a new phone for a new Game Center.

They get 100s of tickets a day. It isn't easy. You have to wait. It shouldn't be too long now.

I understand that, am I am not really blaming them, but if it takes. 3 weeks atleast, don't you think its time to hire some new members for the support team!

Sc are a relatively small company compared to others. I am sure they will get new support staff when they can. The waiting time used to be much longer. It is much better now.
