First off, I think Mister T in the Boar is pure genius...
The only thing I can think of that the PC Police won't like is there's something of a racial caricature going on with this imagery.... There's a stereotype involving black people and pork. Sort of like the stereotype of black people and watermelon. And its the first character in this game that's flat-out ridiculous, with a Mohawk Afro....
Where do you draw the line? Not sure...
But, again, personally not offended -- but don't be surprised if this causes an uproar and they revise this character.

Personally, after being exposed to racist jokes and cultural-related jokes for quite some time, the first thing that crossed my mind when i saw this was:
"is this some kind of racial/cultural reference i didn't know about?".
I guess i might be a little racist after all.

I've heard ppl referring to archers as chicks with bows. Would be interesting what they will call this guy though.
Also, the title of the threads that will appear if this unit's AI is flawed. Something like "damn that <imagination> guy on the pig".
It's a very thin layer of ice to walk on. I think it would have been better if Supercell can think of the implications properly before inplementing this.

I certainly don't see anything wrong with the new characters.. I think it's funny and fit the game itself perfectly!!! I dont think there is any intention with the characters...Also it's just a GAME!!
Surely that will send out entirely the wrong message though? I don't believe we should consider what racist morons are going to say, ever.
I honestly believe that you are over thinking this, being too sensitive and seeing things that aren't there. The new troop looks great and I can only see that as a positive.
Well i guess it's up to personal perspective. Personally i don't really mind it. But i prefer not to give any openings for morons to take advantage of. I tend to go for the safer options.
If the forums run rampant with racist posts regarding the hog rider, is supercell to be blamed? I don't think so. But could it be avoided by not introducing that unit? Definitely. Should they consider this in their planning? Up to personal opinions, i'd say.
