So what happened to this Candidate? Was put on Helpers 5 hours ago yet I see nothing has happened?

plain popcorn (0 on hand, 4 in cue)
Pancakes (5 on hand)

Boat due in 4 hours.

Is there truth to the thought that the boats tend to ask for what you have little/none of? I just sold the last of both syrup and popcorn prior to logging off. I had the pancakes on the grill, so there was only 1 showing on hand. Hmmmm!

Please remember that we ask you to check here before sending off your boats... very rarely we may ask you to hold your boat at the dock if there are other boats due or in that need attention.

If you will not have enough syrup to fill yourself, please open the syrup crates... we can sell you the other things, but syrup is very rare and more likely to be sniped during a sale.

Don't know about what the boats ask for... I just know they ask for way too much sugar, dairy, and jam!! LOL.

Oh, and can you update your signature please? You have leveled up.

I have syrup and lot of popcorn if you have room in your barn... Some pancakes.

Please go back and read the Captain I-III Achievement Thread. You need to update us on your boats orders and post here. You did not let us know your boat was in or ask permission to send.

Okay guys, am I doing something wrong here? When my boats come in I load them up (with almost instant assistance) and send them out. I check to see what's up next, load my machines and come here to post an update. In the last three boats I haven't even had a chance to post that they were here before they were fully loaded. That's why no one has seen any hanging around!!

I am filling my boats with my own stuff as I am able. Would you guys rather I didn't? I though we were only supposed to ask for help if we needed it?

i don't want to seem ungrateful for the assistance.....

I am not a Main Captain, just a Helper, but your answer is in my above post. So far, so lucky, but when you get a triple sugar boat, you may realise communication is the key to success. Please keep on this forum for your continuous good fortune.

Don't worry, you are doing fine. The only step you're missing is coming here before you send off the filled boat.

Some people come before they open any crates, but that is important only when there is a question about what crates you should open. Since you are doing the vast majority of the work yourself that is not so crucial.

It has been slow on this thread lately and helpers are eager to fill boats!! Of course you can fill your own boat as much as you want to, and often your crates will be filled by your other friends, no problem!! Some people are happy to get a lot of help, and others (like you-- and me!) prefer to ask for help only when absolutely necessary... no right or wrong way.
