Since I'm the 'other party', perhaps I can explain what happened. I was in the middle of a trade with Bubs and with the intention of charging Bubs fewer coins for the items,there was a delay putting the last 4 items in the store, by which point Bubs has left my store. When I noticed this, I immediately sent Bubs a pm but by the time she came back, Fiona has bought the items BY MISTAKE. I sent Fiona a pm but I was heading out the door, so I posted a request on this thread for other captains/helpers to look out for Fiona, in case she didn't see the pm. I have never accused her of anything, not in the thread nor in my pm. My request was simply for others to contact her in case I missed her. Subsequently, the deeds were returned followed by a very terse pm from Fiona asking me not to sling her name in mud, which I am totally shocked. More shocking are more posts, explaining to me that she would never steal the items- which I NEVER thought in the 1st place. While I understand there is a strong camaderie in this thread, I don't enjoy being accused of something I didn't do or intend. I like to call a spade a spade and this is a gross over reaction in my opinion. Whatever other PM s which were sent to Fiona in jest, are not my responsibility.

Hey guys, is Sin always looking for ore?? I've noticed a couple of posts about it in the past.

I just had 17 diamonds, must have been 3 treasure chests plus a few extra, and no achievement diamonds in my house. Since I am incapable of holding onto them I decided to mine some ore to get the 1 more I needed to get another dairy slot. And it took me 84 ores to get one stinking diamond!!!!!!

I am sorry because I absolutely didn't mean to accuse you in any way here.. That is why I didn't think it was necessary to mention any names. If you feel like I did I sincerely apologize for that. I actually don't blame anyone here and I think what happened is more of a misunderstanding then anything else.

I absolutely understand what happened on both sides of the story here and I think most of them do. Obviously you would have been feeling bad or upset for the person you were trading with since this happened or something like that. And yes I also know how hard it can be to make things sound the way you want because it's just written text. (obviously as I didn't mean to accuse you in the 1st place..) These things can occur very fast when being busy in real life as well.

I really think Fiona watched the items in your stand for some time and she realized something wasn't going as it should and she bought them to return them later so she was sort of looking out for you there. For the record I haven't been in contact with her since this happened so it's just my guess.

I have been in contact with a few others through PM about this and not a single bad word about you (or anyone else) has come up or was said in these chats. In fact the names haven't come up.. We just shared we would miss her so much and we wouldn't like to see her leave over a misunderstanding. Just in case you might be wondering.

You can have as much as you like. When I got Tom for the 3 days I had him get shovels the whole time. I still have plenty of them, so need to dump this ore, don't have space in my barn!!!

OK, I'm going to fill my shop with ore but it won't be for a little while, need to clear out the soybeans in there. I'll repost before I do it, and I won't advertise it.
