The village looks good and its nearly maxed out. You have plenty of time to do last minute upgrades since TH8 takes 8 days to get to. I'd say go ahead and move to TH8, and make preparations for buildings and upgrades for the week that your'e waiting on it.

As long as you can get everything maxed and have full storages by town hall 8, go ahead.

I would go for it. Just make sure your storages are maxed when the th upgrade finishes.

Nice job on getting your king to level 4! I think you're ready for town hall 8. Just make sure you upgrade all your defenses in those 8 days while your town hall upgrades though.

No matter who you are, always try and max first before upgrading. You may get more defenses and cooler stuff, but the loot penalty is horrible.
