I gave my opinion, not directed towards Illustris and he was the one to say I was "foolish", and gramatically in-correct.

If you actually read the arguement, he was the one who initially started the entire argument.

He did not state any valid opinion, but he made a comment about my post.

Here's to "keep that feedback coming". This upgrade sucks. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. You say you're amazed at how well everyone has received this "change"? Open your eyes... This whole thread is full of people who don't want the WB's AI changed. The only people complaining about the AI is the noobs that don't know how to either defend / attack against / with WBs. Let them learn like the rest of us and quit trying to reach in our pockets. I for one haven't even had time to get my AQ yet because it's so damn expensive... and now you not only force me to change my base layout, but also upgrade my walls, which IMHO are freakishly out of this world expensive. Thus we are forced to purchase gems or become obsolete. Thanks for ruining CoC for me.

Uh, I'm not complaining about it. I hated stupid wbs. Wbs are graceful, winding their way through obstacles to deliver their payload on a defensive wall. No! Wait! They turned sideways and blew up a meaning less wall protecting nothing. Bah!
bring the update on, and lets sort out who can build a clever defence. Spikes are not clever, they are ugly.

I did read it, and it was a reasonable argument until you got personal. I'd love to see you put that line forward as a legal strategy. Cries of "contempt of court" would ring.
Be polite, and you gain respect. Anyone can make a comment about a post, but as a community we should strive to be friendly about it.

Just because YOU couldn't figure out the AI doesn't mean the rest of us couldn't. Spikes aren't clever? Then why were spikes and spears put at the base of walls and towers and castles back in the day for DEFENSE? You say they are ugly? A "box" of 4 layered walls is ugly and plain. Which I'm sure is how yours will be set up. I'll be looking to raid you

Firstly, please don't take this the wrong way, but personally I don't feel that the upgrade prices are too expensive. If you're going to have the best of the best, it should be very expensive. This rewards the high level, and or skilled players who have the ability to loot x amount of resources. Yes the price is very high, yes the people who gem it will reward supercell with a hefty profit, but isn't thats all what businesses are about (profit & making money)?

I completely disagree with your last point...it drives me crazy when people say that they have to pay to play, or they have no choice, etc. etc. Why does this bother me? Because you don't have to! I've spent $15 and I'm pretty far into the game. You just have to stick it out, and earn everything the hard way.

No offense taken. But I do agree to disagree. It's becoming like an MMORPG in the context of needing to stay online constantly to avoid raiding so that you can upgrade and thus not condusive to the casual gamer
