Well Guys, finally got a pro farmer in my clan, bought a few gems for fifth builder and actually has a sick base..Pretty cool and kinda inspiring. For TH lvl 8 peeps! He is gonna finish off all lvl 8 walls, take all his Archer Towers to lvl 10 and Wizard Towers to lvl 6, and all his troops are lvl 5 and Pekkas and Dragons are lvl 3. Pretty cool.

I am sorry to bust your bubble but this guy is not a real farmer. He is a gemmer, maybe a modest gemmer but definitely a gemmer.
A farmer does not have 4 sleeping builders, a farmer does not buy a 7 day shield, and a farmer would have a village designed to prevent themself from getting farmed.

What exactly is a "pro farmer"? I'm level 59, th8 and so far since starting half way through December I have upgraded to:

All cannons lvl 10
3 wiz tower lvl 6 (1 structure 2d left, the other 4d)
2 lvl 9 arch tower, 3 lvl 8 (will all be lvl 10 in 2 weeks)
3 mortar lvl 6 (1 structure 3hr left)
About 30 lvl 8 walls, the rest lvl 7, not that im even workibg on them! jusf get a peice or two if i have spare gold! the 100mil gold achievement I got around lvl 40....
Gobs, archer, barb, giant, wb all lvl 5

What I am getting at is, you can't really be a pro at farming.. This game is all time and luck (luck being how lucky u get with finding the big loots)

At a guess I will have all lvl 8 walls and maxed defenses for th8 at lvl 65.

Nah you just didn't read all the posts here bro, you read my first one and thats it. I posted earlier he said hes done farming, that is why I recruited him. He is tired of it. He put up a week shield to take a break and get renewed interest in the game. As I also said earlier he changed his base to increase trophy count. Just because someone does something against your way of thinking or wants to take a week of means nothing. Im sure he's way past your lvl anyways.

Being a good farmer has very little to do with defense. Farmers earn my respect by stealing resources with the most efficient means possible.
