New Notification (in-game/outside of game pop-up)

When I make my troops, they usually take around an hour. My spells usually take 1 hr and 45 min - 2 hrs. Once your army camps are full you get a notification saying its done so you log on and figure out your spells aren't yet to be done, and it wastes a lot of time since you don't know exactly when they're done. I think Supercell should make a notification pop up notifying you when your spells are done.
