Nope. Your war base has your last upgraded stuff. Like, if a cannon is upgrading from level 10 to 11, your war base will have a level 10 cannon. Same with heroes.

I know in large parts of the world dandy can be considered a slur. It's cultural though. There are certain England's English words I really wish I could use in the states but I would be crucified.
