SC should have thought of the two base layout option prior to Clan Wars, it's an essential part of being able to be involved with clan wars while continuing playing the game as we had previously.
I also think it will be a problem until they implement the dual base option.

Y'know, there's been some talk about what we're going to do, given that high level players can't really participate in war if they're upgrading their heroes.
Perhaps a new specification for a clan (like in the description, on the politics side, not the implementation side) could be whether the clan is a war or peace clan. Clans might form sister clans specifically for players in search of the war or peace aspect.
