Simple,
train as many barbs as your camps can hold.
Rush their defenses with the barbarians. Most likely they will not have any walls/traps around them.

I guess I don't get it. Is this for people that are just starting out or well established players?
Yeah I'm confused too is this for new players? It doesnt matter in that case since its basically just dropping all your troops anywhere type of playing lol. If you are talking about advanced players than 400 is horrible as you need to be below 200 before you find loot. And goblins are best for sub 200 raiding.
